Ingredients to make Zeera aloo

  • 4-5 potatoes
  • 1 tspn cumin seeds
  • 1&1/2 tblspn roasted cumin powder
  • 1 tblspn roasted coriander powder
  • 1 tblspn red chili powder
  • 1tblspn dry mango powder(amchur)
  • salt to taste
  • oil

How to make Zeera aloo

  1. 1.Heat oil in a pan ,add cumin seeds & saute till they change colour.
  2. 2.Add roasted coriander powder, roasted cumin powder, red chili powder, dry mango powder and salt.Boil, peel and cube potatoes.
  3. 3.Add potatoes and mix well. Stir fry till potato cubes are nicely coated with the masala.
  4. 4.Serve hot with poori
