Ingredients to make Cucumber cup filled with Corn Salad

  • 1 large cucumber
  • 1/2 cup corns
  • 1 medium finely chopped tomato
  • Some finely chopped cilantro
  • 1 tbsp of lemon juice
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp chaat masala
  • A pinch of black salt

How to make Cucumber cup filled with Corn Salad

  1. Peel the cucumber and remove the ends and cut the cucumber into 1/2 inch thick slices.
  2. Scoop out seeds with a small spoon or Melon baller, leaving the bottom intact to form a cup. (You can eat these seeds also or add in any salads)
  3. In a bowl, add corns, tomatoes, cilantro, salt and lemon juice. Mix well.
  4. Take a cucumber cup and fill with corn salad. Sprinkle some black salt on the cups.
