Ingredients to make Veg grilled sandwich

  • Brown bread 4 slices
  • butter 2 to 3 tbsp
  • Mayonnaise 2 tbsp
  • paneer 50 gms
  • Red bell pepper 1 thinly sliced
  • mushroom 25 gms chopped
  • carrot 1/2 sliced
  • sweet corn 25 gms
  • onion 1 thinly sliced
  • garlic chopped or crushed
  • parsley chopped
  • turmeric powder 1/2 tbsp
  • red chilli powder 1/2 tbsp
  • amchur powder 1/2 tbsp
  • garam masala 1/2 tbsp
  • salt to taste
  • oil as required for greasing

How to make Veg grilled sandwich

  1. Take oil in a pan and fry the onions till translucent, add garlic and fry.
  2. Add Mushrooms, red bell pepper, crumbled paneer, corn, carrot and fry well.
  3. Add the spices and mix well. Add parsley and keep aside.
  4. Apply butter on both sides of bread slices. On one side apply mayo and add the filling. Cover with the other slice and cut into triangle shape. Grill it.
  5. Serve with any sauce of your choice.
