ABOUT Japanese cotton cheesecake RECIPE

It's been long time I havent found cheescake in raipur so I decided to bake it by myself at home. The cheescake is so light and good taste that's the best cake I made in this month. So I bet you also like this cake if you follows my instructions :

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Creamcheese : 100 gram
  2. sugar : 60 gram
  3. flour : 50 gram
  4. butter : 50 gram
  5. Milk : 100 ml
  6. Egg : 180 gram ( 4 eggs)


  1. Separate the white egg and egg yolk into 2 bowls and set it aside.
  2. Melt the butter, milk and creamcheese in the saucepan (using the steam method ) when you see the small bubbles remove from the heat and mix it well then add the egg yolk, flour and quickly stir to make the batter.
  3. Beat the egg white till foamy add cream of tartar , sugar and continue beating till stiff peaks form.
  4. Take 1/3 of meringue and use the hand whisk to mix it well with the egg yolk batter and continue fold the rest of meringue with egg yolk batter till slightly combined.
  5. Pour into the cake tin, pre heat the oven at 140C for 100 mins.
  6. Once baked, turn the cake upside down and cool it.
