Ingredients to make Beetroot Chapati

  • Beetroot 2 small
  • salt 1 tsp
  • wheat flour 2 cup

How to make Beetroot Chapati

  1. Roughly chopped beetroots.
  2. Combine the beetroot with 1 cup water in a pressure cooker and pressure cook for 2-3 whistles.
  3. Cool slightly and blend in a mixer till smooth.
  4. Add salt to flour and knead the dough in beetroot puree.
  5. Roll out with the help of roller.
  6. Serve hot chapatis with any of your favorite vegetables.
  7. I seved here with aloo palak and amla pickle.

You can make puree in more amount to use it later.
