Ingredients to make Instant Brownie

  • 1 cup maida
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup oil or butter
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • milk as required
  • walnuts as many as you like
  • Vanilla essence a few drops

How to make Instant Brownie

  1. Sieve maida, baking powder, baking soda and keep aside.
  2. Mix oil and powdered sugar, keep aside.
  3. Mix the wet ingredients in the dry ingredients.
  4. Mix to make a cake batter, by adding milk slowly. Mix well.
  5. Add walnuts, vanilla essence and pour the batter in a greased tin. Sprinkle some walnuts on it too.
  6. Bake in a microwave, on high power for 5 minutes. Insert a toothpick and check if it is ready.
