Ingredients to make Stuffed Farari Aloo Wada

  • Boiled and mashed potatoes 1 bowl medium 6 potatoes
  • raisins, cashews, almonds and shredded coconut
  • Aararot as needed
  • lemon juice and 1 tbsp sugar
  • sesame seeds - 1 tsp
  • green chilly paste - 1/2 tsp
  • Roasted peanut powder - 1 tbsp
  • rock salt - as per taste

How to make Stuffed Farari Aloo Wada

  1. Take a bowl mix potato, ararot, salt, sesame, green chilly paste and roasted peanut powder and make outer layer.
  2. For stuffing: Mix coconut, raisins, cashews and almonds.
  3. Now take small portion of outer layer and make tikki. Now fill stuffing in it and make balls and deep fry or make it in appe pan.
