Ingredients to make Stuffed medu wada, Dahi wada style with kiwi, mint and coriander chutney

  • 1 packet of frozen medu wada
  • 1 kiwi, paste
  • 2 tbsp mint
  • 2 tbsp coriander
  • 2 tbsp green chillies chutney
  • 2 tbsp red chilli chutney
  • 2 cup yogurt
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp bread crumbs
  • For tadka:
  • 1 tsp mustard seeds
  • 1 tsp jeera
  • 1 tbsp oil

How to make Stuffed medu wada, Dahi wada style with kiwi, mint and coriander chutney

  1. Start by preparing the kiwi paste and mint chutney. Mix it together and add 1 tbsp of bread crumbs for thickness.
  2. Now take one medu wada and cut it nicely in the middle and stuff green chutney on the top side and red chutney. Follow this process with all the medu wadas. In a bowl, take the yogurt and mix it with 2 tbsp honey.
  3. Take a small pan and prepare the tadka with the listed tadka ingredients.
  4. Set a serving dish, first pour the yogurt and then the tadka. Now arrange the medu wadas carefully and serve instantly.
