Grilled Salmon with Herbs and Pepper

Ingredients to make Grilled Salmon with Herbs and Pepper

  • Salmon 250 grms
  • Brown bread 3 slices
  • parsley chopped 1 tbsp or dried 1 tsp
  • coriander leaves chopped 1 tbsp
  • Fresh mint leaves chopped 1 tsp
  • Thyme 1 tsp ( dried)
  • Ground pepper 1 tbsp
  • lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • olive oil 2 tbsp
  • butter 2 tbsp
  • Paperika powder 1 tsp

How to make Grilled Salmon with Herbs and Pepper

  1. Marinate salmon ( I cut into 4 pieces ) with lemon juice and pepper, salt.
  2. Coarse grind bread with herbs and butter.
  3. Pre heat oven.
  4. Now add salt, pepper and paperika powder and lemon zest ( if possible fresh ) and 1 tsp olive oil.
  5. Now take out the tray from oven.
  6. Spread aluminium foil and drizzle olive oil.
  7. Now coat salmon with herb bread mixture and grill for 8 to 10 minutes.
  8. Serve with freshly prepared eggless mayonnaise and sour cream.
