  • White chocolate - 1/2 cup
  • egg whites - 2
  • Icing sugar - 3 tbsp
  • cream - 1/2 cup
  • Vanilla Essence - 1/2 tsp
  • pista essence and color - 1/2 tsp
  • Orange essence and color - 1/2 tsp

How to make Trio Flavoured White Chocolate Mousse

  1. 1. Whisk the egg whites till hard peaks are formed. Keep aside.
  2. 2. Whisk the cream and mix the icing sugar to it.
  3. 3. Melt the white chocolate in a double boiler or microwave and let it cool.
  4. 4. Mix the whisked egg whites, white chocolate and the cream together in light movements.
  5. 5. Now divide the mixture into three parts, and mix the respective essence and colors to form three different parts of the flag.
