ABOUT The Tri Color Juice RECIPE

I’m not a health expert nor a nutritionist, but I do believe in lots of exercises and clean foo. I do have a sweet tooth and I can’t imagine a day going by without biting into something sweet. But I do try to work out at least 3 days a week and I try to eat as healthy as possible. Here I’m giving three of my ultimate tried and tested juices that I swear by. They are easy to make and the ingredients are available everywhere. These juices are full of minerals you only need less than 5 ingredients to make it

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. For the GREEN Juice - 1 Cup chopped Kale or any other spinach (Use organic if you can)
  2. 1 Cup Coconut Water
  3. 1/2 Green Apple
  4. 1 inch ginger
  5. For the ORANGE Juice – 1 Cup Shredded Carrots
  6. 1 cup Orange juice
  7. 1 tsp Turmeric
  8. For The WHITE Juice 1 Cup Greek Yogurt
  9. 1 Cup Coconut Water
  10. 1 tsp honey

Instructions

  1. For the ORANGE Juice - Grind all the ingredients together. Add water if needed.
  2. For the GREEN Juice - Grind all the ingredients together. Add water if needed.
  3. For the WHITE Juice - Grind all the ingredients together. Add water if needed.
