Sweet Indian Magic

Ingredients to make Sweet Indian Magic

  • 200 grams Fresh paneer
  • 2-3 elaichi
  • almonds for garnish
  • Add 2 tablespoon milk powder
  • 2 Small cups of condensed milk
  • Add sugar as per your choice

How to make Sweet Indian Magic

  1. Grate 200 grams paneer.
  2. Heat the pan, add in the grated paneer.
  3. Add 2 small tea-cups of condensed milk as per your choice.
  4. Add sugar if required or as per your choice.
  5. Add Elaichi for aroma and flavor. Add 2 tablespoon of milk powder.
  6. Add the grated almonds. Stir and cook for about 5-7 minutes. Till the mixture becomes nice golden brown in color.
  7. Let it set and cool off on a flat plate. Cut the layer into small pieces, garnish it with almonds. Your delicious and sweet Indian Magic is ready to be enjoyed.
