Ingredients to make Roohafza/Basil Ice Lollies

  • Roohafza syrup 2 tbsp
  • basil seeds/ Chia seeds 2 tbsp
  • water as required
  • sugar 1 tbsp
  • lemon juice 1 tbsp or more

How to make Roohafza/Basil Ice Lollies

  1. Soak the basil seeds in a cup of water.
  2. Add d roohafza syrup to the soaked basil seeds after 30 minutes.
  3. Add water and sugar if required.
  4. Fill in the popsicle moulds and freeze for an hour.
  5. Serve frozen.
