Jelly Slice

Ingredients to make Jelly Slice

  • cream 250 ml
  • 3 cups of boiling water
  • 3 packets of raspberry jelly (Or any other flavour of choice)

How to make Jelly Slice

  1. Mix 3 packets of jelly in 3 cups of boiling water. Do not add cold water. Do not follow the instructions on the package.
  2. Stir in 250 ml of cream in it. Mix in 2 tbsp of gelatin.
  3. Grease a dish using a little butter and pour this mix in it. Keep in the refrigerator.
  4. Leave it overnight or even for 24 hours.
  5. It takes a bit longer to set. No worries. It depends on the temperature of your city. It might take more than 24 hours also.

My Tip:

Always make this during the winters. It is not at all suitable for the hot season. Temperature plays a very important role here.
