Ingredients to make Gulkand & Dryfruits stuff Peda

  • 200 ml fresh cream (Amul)
  • 1 cup milk powder
  • 1/4 cup powder sugar
  • 2 tablespoon gulkand
  • 2 tablespoon chopped dry fruits (badam/pista/kaju)

How to make Gulkand & Dryfruits stuff Peda

  1. Add fresh cream and milk powder in a microwave safe bowl.
  2. Mix well and microwave it for 6 minutes on high power.
  3. it will be thick in 6 minutes, remove from microwave and add sugar.
  4. Again microwave for 1 to 2 minutes (time depending on your microwave) now sweet mawa is ready.
  5. Cool for 6 to 7 minutes, knead well and make 12 equal parts
  6. For the stuffing: In a bowl, add gulkand, dry fruits and mix well (Keep 1/2 spoon dry fruits for garnish).
  7. in each mava round stuff gulkand and dry fruits filling and make a proper round, then press with a peda mould. Its ready to have and garnish with chopped dry fruits.

My Tip:

If the mava is too dry, then while kneading add 1 or 2 teaspoon of milk.
