Ingredients to make Rose Gulkand Delight

  • 1 Cup Khoya / Mawa
  • 3/4 Cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Gulkand
  • 1 tsp Rose Syrup
  • 1 tbsp Mix Dryfruits
  • 1tsp Pista or Badam Flakes

How to make Rose Gulkand Delight

  1. Dry roast khoya in a pan for 2-3 minutes in low flame without changing the colour.
  2. Add powdered sugar and rose syrup to khoya and knead a dough.
  3. Make small khoya balls and flatten it on your palm.
  4. And stuff it with gulkand and dryfruits. Close it properly from all the sides making small balls.
  5. Your Rose Gulkand Delight is ready to serve.
My Tip: you can add rose essence or red colour and can make in your desired shape.
