Sabudana/ Sago Kheer

Ingredients to make Sabudana/ Sago Kheer

  • sago 3 tbsp, soaked for an hour
  • Milk 2 and 1/2 cups
  • Brown sugar 1 and 1/2 tbsp
  • A pinch of cardamom powder

How to make Sabudana/ Sago Kheer

  1. Bring the milk to boil and add the soaked sago.
  2. Stir constantly so that it does not stick to the bottom.
  3. After 7-10 minutes the sago and milk will blend together, then add in the cardamom powder.
  4. Then turn off the heat, add sugar and mix well.
