Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Boiled potatoes 4(medium size).
  2. Chopped coriander leaves 1/2cup.
  3. Red chilly flakes 1tea spoon.
  4. Oregano 1tea spoon.
  5. Cumin powder 1tea spoon.
  6. White pepper powder 1tea spoon.
  7. Tomato sauce 1table spoon.
  8. Salt to taste.
  9. For coating:
  10. Egg 1 no.
  11. Refined flour 1/2cup.
  12. Bread crumbs 1cup.
  13. Oil for deep frying 2cups.

Instructions

  1. Mash boiled potato well .Add the ingredients mentioned.Mix well.
  2. Spread the potato mixture on an aluminium foil sheet.Spread to make a 1/2 " sheet.
  3. Cover the potato from all side.
  4. Freeze for 2hours.
  5. Take out from frdge ,remove aluminium foil.
  6. Cut into triangles.
  7. Coat each triangle in refined flour.
  8. Then coat in blended egg.
  9. Then finally coat the triangle in bread crumbs.
  10. Heat oil in a pan and fry triangles on medium flame till golden.
  11. These triangles can be store in freezer upto one month.While storing keep aluminium foil inbetween the triangles to avoide sticking.
  12. Kids love these potato triangles.
