A healthy cup cake yet tasty as its a chocolate one with whipped cream topped with chocolate Chips

Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. * 1 and 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
  2. * 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  3. * 1 tsp baking powder
  4. * 1/2 tsp baking soda
  5. * 1 cup curd
  6. * 1 tsp lemon juice
  7. * 1/4 cup milk
  8. * 1 cup sugar
  9. * 1/2 cup oil
  10. 1 and 1/2 tsp vanilla Extract
  11. * A pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven at 170 to 180 degree C for 15 minutes
  2. 2. You can use a hand blender to blend all the ingredients quickly and easily.
  3. 3. Take the curd in a big bowl,  add sugar, lemon juice, oil, milk and vanilla essence. Make a smooth paste.
  4. 4. Sieve all the dry ingredients.Whole wheat flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt and baking soda.
  5. 5. Now in a bigger bowl add dry ingredients into wet ingredients in small batches and  mix well.
  6. 6. Add milk if batter is too thick.
  7. 9. Place the tray inside an oven. Bake for around 20 to 25 minutes.
  8. 10. To check if it is cooked, insert a tooth pick and it should come out clean.
  9. Once they are cooled decorate them with whipped cream and choco chips..
