- mixed sprouts - 1 cup (soaked)
- chopped onion and coriander for garnish
- chilli powder - 1tsp
- cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
- turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
- misal masala or garam masala - 1/2tsp
- mixed farsan - 1 cup.
- oil - 2 tbsp
- salt as per taste
- lime juice for sprinkling.
