Ingredients to make MISAL PAV

  • mixed sprouts - 1 cup (soaked)
  • chopped onion and coriander for garnish
  • chilli powder - 1tsp
  • cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
  • turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
  • coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
  • misal masala or garam masala - 1/2tsp
  • mixed farsan - 1 cup.
  • oil - 2 tbsp
  • salt as per taste
  • lime juice for sprinkling.

How to make MISAL PAV

  1. Take mixed sprouts. Boil and keep aside,do not drain the water. Heat oil, keep the gas on low and add all the powders one by one Now add in the sprouts.
  2. Let it cook till gravy becomes bit thick.Add salt.
  3. Take the misal in a serving dish.Add chopped onions and coriander.
  4. Top it with farsan.srinkle lime juice.Serve hot with pav
My Tip: I added some tamarind juice also to enhance the flavours.
