Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For walnut cake we need
  2. Butter 1/2 cup(should be in room temperature)
  3. Sugar 1/4 cup
  4. All purpose flour 1/2 cup
  5. Ground walnut 3/4 cup
  6. Sqlt 1/2 teaspoon
  7. Egg white -1 cup
  8. Sugar 2 tablespoon
  9. For pineapple creamy layer we need
  10. Egg yellow 1 cup
  11. Pineapple essence 1 teaspoon
  12. Powder sugar 1/2 cup
  13. For chocolate layer we need
  14. Dark chocolate 120 gram
  15. Heavy cream 1/2 cup
  16. For garnishing we need
  17. Walnut 5 to 6 piece

Instructions

  1. For walnut cake take a mixing bowl add butter
  2. Then add sugar
  3. Mix it until turns into creamy texture
  4. Add all purpose flour and salt
  5. Add ground walnut
  6. Mix all together
  7. In another mixing bowl take 1 cup egg white with little batches of sugar and beat it until comes in stiff peaks
  8. Now gently mix the egg white mixture into all purpose flour mixture
  9. Preheat oven for 10 minutes on 180℃
  10. Grease the cake tin with butter paper
  11. Pour the cake batter and tap cake tin twice
  12. Put it into the oven for 15 to 20 minutes on 180℃
  13. After 15 minutes insert a toothpick if it's comes clear theke walnut cake is ready.keep it aside for cool
  14. When walnut mixture cool down prepare the second layer of the cake.for that in a bowl add 1 cup of egg yellow portion,add pineapple essence and powder sugar
  15. Mix all together.its looks like that
  16. Now pour the egg yellow mixture over the cool walnut cake mixture and again bake it in preheated oven for 10 to 15minutes
  17. After 15 minutes insert a toothpick if it's come clear then pineapple creamy layer also ready.keep it aside for cool down
  18. Now time to prepare chocolate layer.for that in first chopped the dark chocolate
  19. Put it on the bowl
  20. In a saucepan add heavy cream and bring to boil
  21. When bubble come off the gas flame and pour the cream in chopped chocolate
  22. Wait for 5 minutes and mix well
  23. Pour the chocolate mixture over the cool cake
  24. Keep it in fridge for atleast 2 to 3 hours or until chocolate is set
  25. After that demould the cake
  26. Cut into shape and garnish with some walnut
  27. Serve chilled
