Full cream milk 1 litre
Sugar 1/2 cup or as per taste
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Chopped cashew 1/4 cup
Melted chocolate 1 cup
Ice-cream sticks

Instructions

Boil milk till it is thick
Add sugar
Cool it and then add vanilla essence
Take some kulfi moulds and keep in freezer to set
After 6-7 hrs take out kulfi moulds and insert knife to make way for stick and then dip in melted chocolate and sprinkle nuts on it
Serve it quickly
