A Mexican dip made from avocadoes also enjoyed as a salad.

Recipe Ingredients

  • 5 large Avocados
  • 1 Tomato
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 3/4 cup Coriander chopped
  • A few Fresh Jalapenos
  • Salt

Recipe Preparation

  1. Slice avocados in half, discard the seed and with a spoon, scoop out of the shell.
  2. Place avacados in a bowl, add 1tbsp of lime juice and mash into a desired consistency.
  3. Chop onions, tomatoes ,jalapenos, and cilantro finely. Add this into the avocado mixture and blend well.
  4. Add salt to taste and remaining lemon juice if required
  5. Serve with Nacho chips
