ABOUT Veggie Maggi RECIPE

This recipe is really very healthy as I have added a lot of veggies in this and also i have used Atta noodles which is also not harmful for kids, the taste of the recipe is ultimate i hope you like it...!!!

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Atta Maggi- 1- Packet
  2. Maggi masala- 1- Packet
  3. Boiled Green peas- 1- Cup
  4. Boiled Carrort- 1- Cup
  5. Green capsicum- 1- small
  6. Tamoto- 2- Big size
  7. Onion- 2- Medium siz
  8. Green chilli- 2- Nicely cut
  9. Salt- 1- Teaspoon o
  10. Chat masala- 1- Spoon
  11. Oil- 1- Teaspoon
  12. Water- 2- Cups or as
  13. Red chilli powder- 1- Teaspoon
  14. Amchur Powder- 1- Teaspoon
  15. Chilli flakes- 1- Teaspoon
  16. Oregano- 1- Teaspoon
  17. boiled Corn- 1- Cup
  18. Paneer cubes- 1- bowl

Instructions

  1. Take a non stick pan and add 1 teaspoon oil and add butter slices along with oil.
  2. Add chopped onion in butter and fry till turns into light brown
  3. Add chopped tomatoes and fry till soft
  4. Add salt and all spices along with Maggi masala and continue stir for 1-2 minutes, add green capsicum and stir for 1 minute
  5. Add all boiled veggies and cook for next 1-2 minutes and keep it aside.
  6. Take a deep pan add 2 cups of water and add Maggi into it, boil Maggi till it cooked well but Don't over boil it. Remove water and keep Maggi aside.
  7. Now turn on the flame and take pan in which you have prepared the veggies, add Maggi into veggies and paneer pieces and give it a good mix.
  8. Tasty Maggy is ready to eat, sprinkle red chilli flakes and oregano. Serve hot and enjoy.
