Ingredients to make Ridge Gourd Peel Fry

  • 5 to 6 ridge gourds peels
  • chilli powder 1 tbsp
  • garlic 1 tbsp, minced
  • salt to taste
  • A pinch of turmeric powder
  • oil 1 tbsp or little more

How to make Ridge Gourd Peel Fry

  1. Wash the gourds and peel. Keep the peel aside.
  2. Heat the oil and saute the minced garlic. After 1-2 minutes, add the peel to it.
  3. Then add the other ingredients as well.
  4. Cover the lid and let it cook on a low flame till it is done. (It is done in 10-15 mins)
  5. Serve it warm for best taste.

My Tip:

You can use green chillies instead of red chilli powder and use tender ridge gourds.
