Sprouts Kabab

Ingredients to make Sprouts Kabab

  • 2 cups mixed sprouts (mataki,moong,chana,peas)
  • Broken dry fruits, handful
  • raisins- 1 tbsp
  • salt to taste
  • Handful of coriander, chopped
  • green chillies- 2
  • Carom seeds 1 tsp
  • oil as required
  • Few curry leaves, optional
  • 1 onion, chopped, optional
  • 1 tsp ginger, chopped, optional
  • 1 tablespoon gram flour

How to make Sprouts Kabab

  1. Take the sprouts in a bowl, add in the green chillies, ginger, salt and grind it well.
  2. To this, add in the carom seeds, dry fruits, raisins and gram flour. Mix it well together.
  3. Make small tikki shapes and deep fry them on a medium flame.
  4. Serve it alongside green curd chutney.

My Tip:

If it's not binding well, you can add a little maida/flour or boiled potato.
