Samosa Chaat

Ingredients to make Samosa Chaat

  • Homemade samosas, preferably aloo samosas about 6-7
  • 2 tomatoes, finely chopped
  • 2-3 cucumber, finely chopped
  • 2 capsicum, finely chopped
  • 2 onions, finely chopped
  • 4 green chillies, finely chopped
  • Green/ dates chutney for serving
  • Additionally required sev or boondi (optional)
  • salt as per taste (only if required)
  • coriander finely chopped to garnish, about a handful
  • pomegranate seeds to garnish as well (optional)
  • Chat masala to sprinkle on top

How to make Samosa Chaat

  1. Break the samosas into bite size pieces.
  2. Toss in the finely chopped veggies. Add the dates chutney and the mint chutney.
  3. Sprinkle the sev and chat masala on top and some pomegranate seeds.
  4. Serve it immediately.
