Ingredients to make Cheesy Zafrani Murgh Kebab

  • 500 gm boneless chicken cubes
  • salt to taste
  • 100 gm grated pizza cheese
  • 1 tsp kewra water
  • Few saffron strands
  • 1 tbsp red chilli powder
  • tandoori masala 2 tbsp
  • pudina chutney (Previously made)
  • Hung curd 100 gm
  • 2 tbsp ginger Garlic paste
  • oil for brushing

How to make Cheesy Zafrani Murgh Kebab

  1. 1st marinate the chicken pieces with hung curd,ginger garlic paste & salt.Keep aside for 2 hours.
  2. 2nd marinate with red chilli powder,tandoori masala,kewra water,saffron strands and keep aside for 1 hr.
  3. preheat oven for 10 mins @180 degree.Then grill the chicken pieces for 35 mins.Brush oil on chicken pieces occasionally.Now add grated cheese from top and again grill for 5 mins.
  4. Serve hot with pudina chutney.
