Ingredients to make Fusion Healthy platter

  • 1.For curd quinoa :Quinoa 1/2 cup (boiled)
  • curd 4 tsp
  • salt according to taste
  • For the tempering:
  • oil 1/2tsp
  • mustard seed 1/2 tsp
  • curryleaves2-3
  • urad dal1/2tsp
  • Black peppercorns 5
  • coriander leaves
  • For the salsa:
  • chopped tomato1
  • chopped onion 3tsp
  • lemon juice1tsp
  • cumin powder 1/4 tsp
  • salt as per taste
  • For the scrambled egg
  • 2eggs
  • black pepper
  • salt
  • For the masala beans:
  • Baked beans 1/2 cup
  • Chopped onion 3 tsp
  • black pepper as per taste
  • salt as per taste
  • lemon juice as per taste
  • For garnishing:
  • sliced avacado
  • sliced onion

How to make Fusion Healthy platter

  1. 1. For the Curd quinoa: mix curd in the boiled quinoa along with the salt
  2. Put a pan on the gas and add oil to it. Put all the ingredients for the tempering except coriander leaves
  3. Add this tempering in the mix curd quinoa then add coriander leaves
  4. 2.for salsa: mix all the ingredients together
  5. 3.for scrambled egg: whisk the eggs in a bowl take a pan turn on the heat put eggs into the pan then immediately fold the egg ( eggs color should not to be brown) turn off the heat when egg is done
  6. 4. Masala baked beans: take a pan put little oil then onion thenbaked beans,black papper,salt,lemon juice take a boil then turn off the heat
  7. 5.for garnishing: arrange first layer with curd quinoa second is salsa third is scrambled egg fourth is masala beans then put somewhere in the middle sliced onion and avocado...
