  • 150 gm wheat flour
  • 200 ml olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon salt

  • 1/2 tablespoon cumin
  • 1/4 tablespoon hing
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • water to knead

  1. Seive all the flour together
  2. Add all the dry spices.
  3. Add oil and mix well till it becomes a breadcrumbs consistency.
  4. Add water slowly and make a dough.
