Creamy Coconut - Night Jasmine Flower Rice

Ingredients to make Creamy Coconut - Night Jasmine Flower Rice

  • 1 cup Jasmine rice
  • 1/4 cup Flower stem
  • 1/2 cup Thick coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp cashew nut
  • 2 tbsps Raisin
  • 1 tsp Green cardamom powder
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 tsps clarified butter
  • 1 cup water

How to make Creamy Coconut - Night Jasmine Flower Rice

  1. Soak rice for 5 minute. Heat ghee in a pan and fry cashew nut ,raisin for a minute. Take them out and fry the rice & flower stems for 2 minute in the same oil.
  2. Start boiling water .Once it reaches boiling point ,add rice along with flower to it.
  3. Let it cook for 5 minute. Add coconut milk ,sugar and cardamom powder .Cook for another 5 minute till they are done. Add fried cashew nut and raisin. Serve warm.
