Saffron Coconut barfi

Ingredients to make Saffron Coconut barfi

  • Desiccated coconut 250 gm
  • Khoya 250 gm
  • sugar 150 gm
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Pinch of saffron strands
  • ghee 2 tbsp
  • Dry fruits chopped for garnishing

How to make Saffron Coconut barfi

  1. Boil milk and sugar in a pan.
  2. Add saffron.
  3. Add khoya and cook on a low flame till the mixture turns thick.
  4. Add ghee, mix well. Put the mixture in a greased plate.
