Ingredients to make Samosa sheet coconut cream rolls

  • 4 ready made samosa sheets
  • 1/2 cup thick cocnut cream (canned one works the best)
  • 1/2 cup whipping cream
  • 2 tsp icing sugar
  • 2 drops of vanilla essence (optional)
  • Cherry for garnishing

How to make Samosa sheet coconut cream rolls

  1. Thaw and roll the samosa sheets on a greased cone and bake for 12-15 minutes at 180 degree centigrade (Preheat the oven for 10 minutes) or until it starts turning brown.
  2. Carefully remove the cones and cool the cones down to room temperature.
  3. In a bowl, whip the coconut cream using an electric hand beater for 2-3 minutes until soft peaks, add the icing sugar and whip for another 1 minute. Add the vanilla essence if using and whip for another 20 seconds.
  4. In another bowl whip the whipping cream to stiff peaks.
  5. Now mix the coconut cream and whipping cream using a wooden or a flexible spatula.
  6. Fill the coconut cream in a piping bag and fill the cones with the cream till the top.
  7. Garnish with a cherry.

My Tip:

If you don't have cones, you can make one with the help of silver foil.
