How to make Stuffed bread pakora with leftover rice batter

  1. Blend rice with a very little water. Add besan, salt, turmeric, chilli powder, ajwain, sesame seeds and ginger paste. Add water and make the pakora batter.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, cut bread slices in 4 ( take a big sliced bread). Apply chutney to 1 slice and ketchup to the other one. Fill grated cheese between the two slices. Add a tsp full of hot oil in batter. Dip in the sandwiched slices together in batter.

My Tip:

Allow leftover rice to come to room temperature if taking out of the fridge. Add warm water while grinding.
