Healthy & Crispy Soya Kebabs

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Soya Keema (soak soya crumbs in water for 15 mins)
  • 1/4 cup mashed potato
  • 1/2 tsp chilli sauce
  • 1/4 tsp garlic chilli sauce
  • A pinch of Ajinomoto salt
  • A pinch of black pepper
  • A pinch of garam masala
  • 1/4 tsp chaat masala
  • 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp chopped ginger
  • 1 tsp chopped garlic
  • 2 chopped green chillies
  • 2 tbsp Chopped coriander
  • 1 tsp Maida for wrapping
  • 1 tsp cornflour
  • 1 tsp breadcrumbs
  • 2-3 tsp orange color
  • 1 tsp maida for wrapping

Steps

  1. Take soya keema and mix it with potato. Make sure to remove excessive water from the soyacrumbs.
  2. Now mix all the ingredients mentioned above to the soya keema except breadcrumbs.
  3. Now start making round kebabs as displayed in the picture
  4. Once the mixture is ready, wrap the kebab with the maida and then wrap with the breadcrumbs. (You can also use sooji instead of breadcrumbs)
  5. Once the kebab is ready place Almond or Cashew in the middle of the kebab to make it look more beautiful and special
  6. Now heat the vegetable oil and fry the kebabs
My Tip: Add til and breadcrumbs to the soya and potato mixture to make it more crispy and special
