ABOUT Healthy & Crispy Soya Kebabs RECIPE

I took this inspiration from my mom. She always loves to cook healthy food and she has taught me this awesome recipe

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1/2 cup Soya Keema (soak soya crumbs in water for 15 mins)
  2. 1/4 cup mashed potato
  3. 1/2 tsp chilli sauce
  4. 1/4 tsp garlic chilli sauce
  5. A pinch of Ajinomoto salt
  6. A pinch of black pepper
  7. A pinch of garam masala
  8. 1/4 tsp chaat masala
  9. 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
  10. 1 tsp chopped ginger
  11. 1 tsp chopped garlic
  12. 2 chopped green chillies
  13. 2 tbsp Chopped coriander
  14. 1 tsp Maida for wrapping
  15. 1 tsp cornflour
  16. 1 tsp breadcrumbs
  17. 2-3 tsp orange color
  18. 1 tsp maida for wrapping

Instructions

  1. Take soya keema and mix it with potato. Make sure to remove excessive water from the soyacrumbs.
  2. Now mix all the ingredients mentioned above to the soya keema except breadcrumbs.
  3. Now start making round kebabs as displayed in the picture
  4. Once the mixture is ready, wrap the kebab with the maida and then wrap with the breadcrumbs. (You can also use sooji instead of breadcrumbs)
  5. Once the kebab is ready place Almond or Cashew in the middle of the kebab to make it look more beautiful and special
  6. Now heat the vegetable oil and fry the kebabs
