  • COCO POWDER 1/2 CUP
  • ICE-cream (VANILLA): 2-3 CUP
  • FRESH cream 400 GRAM
  • CHOCOLATE 200GRAMS
  • gulab JAMUN 8 TO 10 NOS
  • BROKEN cashew NUTS 150 GRAM
  • SODABI CARB 1/2TSP
  • sugar SYRUP 50 ML

How to make CHOCO DELIGHT ICE-CREAM CAKE

  1. SIEVE REFINED FLOUR, COCO POWER, SODABICARB AND BAKING POWER TOGETHER TWICE.
  2. CREAM THE BUTTER ADD SUGAR TILL LIGHT AND FLUFFY.
  3. ADD FLOUR AND FOLD INTO THE CREAMED MIXTURE WITHIN SUFFICIENT MILK, TO GIVE DROPPING CONSISTENCY.
  4. ADD ESSENCE, MIX LIGHTLY BUT WELL HALF FILL THE PARTY TINS AND BAKE AT 200C FOR ABOUT 20 TO 30 MINUTES
  5. COOL CUT CAKE IN TO TWO LAYER SPRINKLE SUGAR SYRUP ON THE BOTTOM LAYER OF THE CAKE SPREAD LAYER OF VANILLA ICE-CREAM.
  6. LITTLE GRATED CHOCOLATE ,AND GULABJAMBUN .
  7. PLACE THE SECOND LAYER OVER THE BOTTOM LAYER.
  8. SPRINKLE SUGAR SYRUP AND SPREAD ANOTHER LAYER OF VANILLA ICE-CREAM, COVER THE TOP AND SIDES WITH FRESH CREAM.
  9. SPRINKLE GRATED CHOCOLATE ON TOP OF THE CAKE TO FROM THICK LAYER COVER THE SIDES WITH BROKEN CASHEW NUTS
  10. PIPE OF FRESH CREAM BORDER ON THE TOP AND BOTTOM OF THE CAKE WITH A SMALL STAR NOZZLE.DECORATE WITH GULABJAMBUN (SMALL) INSTEAD OF CHERRY. PIPE OF FRESH CREAM BORDER ON THE TOP AND BOTTOM OF THE CAKE WITH A SMALL STAR NOZZLE.
  11. DECORATE WITH GULABJAMBUN (SMALL) INSTEAD OF CHERRY.
