Coconut special crepes but simple dessert .A High Tea accompaniment .Its pure chocolate experience. The crepes are juicy as for the coconut in it and soft too.Do them and enjoy them fresh

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 250 grams white flour
  2. 2cups coconut milk
  3. 2 Eggs
  4. 1 cup powdered sugar
  5. 1 tblspn cornflour
  6. 2 Slabs melting chocolate of choice
  7. 2packets KitKat frozen
  8. 100 grams thick fresh cream
  9. ChocoNutties 1 packet
  10. Choco sticks ( I used Cadbury ) Few
  11. Few butter paper cones ready or made asap
  12. Un salted butter to grease

Instructions

  1. Beat egg whites
  2. Mix in the yellows
  3. Fold in the flour and the sugar
  4. Now add coconut milk to this and beat flowy batter consistency well
  5. If its thin batter add cornflour to thicken
  6. Now heat and grease pan or normal non stick girdle/ Tava
  7. Start makin crepes round on medium heat brown them a little to match chocolate colors
  8. Cool the crepes
  9. Keep the Kit Kat ready out of freezer (single out chocolate sticks )diagonally place half way onto the crepes and fold the other half on them
  10. Melt the chocolate in a cup in micro oven keep ready a thin butter paper cone too
  11. Put a strip of chocolate on the crepe
  12. Scoop out a blob of thick fresh cream refrigerated till use,on the strip of chocolate ,in the center
  13. Fill melted chocolate in paper cone and through the minute hole draw abstract lines on and side of choco crepes
  14. Now place a chocolate nuttie on as shown in picture
  15. Serve asap keep in cool room till serving so chocolate garnish stays asap
