Ingredients to make Cauliflower leaves bhurji

  • cauliflower leaves 1 bunch
  • White til 1 tbsp
  • garlic 4 pods
  • salt to taste
  • chilly powder or pepper powder 1 tsp
  • oil for deep frying

How to make Cauliflower leaves bhurji

  1. Wash, pat dry the greens and chop them in thin long strips.
  2. Add chopped garlic, chilli powder, salt and til. Sprinkle a little water and mix well.
  3. Heat oil in a large wok, deep fry the greens till golden brown.
  4. Serve hot as a yummy accompaniment.
