Ingredients to make Chocolate chip cake

  • 1 1/2 cups maida
  • 1/2 Cup butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar powder
  • 1/2 cup thick curd
  • 1/2 cup Chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp chocolate essence
  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder
  • milk

How to make Chocolate chip cake

  1. Sieve maida cocoa powder, baking powder and baking soda.
  2. Blend butter and sugar till light and fluffy.
  3. Add curd and blend it again.
  4. Now add chocolate essence and mix.
  5. Add gradually sieved maida and mix it with cut and fold method.
  6. Add milk and make a semi thick batter.
  7. Toss the chocolate chips in little maida and add in the batter.
  8. Preheat the microwave on convection mode on 180 degree.
  9. Pour the batter in greased baking tin.
  10. Bake the cake on 180 degree for 25-30 mins.
  11. Take it out and let the cake cool down and then cut in to pieces and serve.

My Tip:

Toss the chocolate chips so that they dont stick to the bottom.
