Ingredients to make Cinnamon banana chocolate chips cake

  • 1 1/2 whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 Cup butter
  • 1/2 cup Caster sugar
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chip
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp orange jest
  • 1 tbsp apple cider
  • 2 ripe banana
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
  • milk

How to make Cinnamon banana chocolate chips cake

  1. Blend butter sugar and banana till smooth and fluffy
  2. Sieve flour baking powder baking soda and cinnamon powder twice.
  3. Add apple cider vanilla essence and orange jest to butter
  4. Now gently mix sieved flour in butter...fold it with cut and fold method
  5. Add milk and chocolate chips and make a smooth semi thick batter.
  6. Grease the baking dish and dust it pour the batter in it
  7. Preheat the microwave on convection mode on 180 degree and then bake it for 40-45 minutes
  8. Do have a look after 35 minutes or till your toothpick comes out clean
  9. Take it out let it rest for 1/2 an hour and slice it in pieces and enjoy it with tea or coffee

My Tip:

Don't over beat the batter and have a eye on the oven while baking as the temperature differs
