A quick cake for kids who love chocolate.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. two cups Apf
  2. 1.5 cups sugar
  3. One cup butter
  4. One tablespoon baking powder
  5. half teaspoon baking soda
  6. Half cup curd
  7. One cup milk
  8. chocolate chips half cup
  9. Vanilla essence one teaspoon

Instructions

  1. mix powdered sugar, butter ,curd and whisk
  2. add baking powder and baking soda to this
  3. keep it aside until bubbles form
  4. sift maida
  5. add maida little by little to the curd mixture and fold gently
  6. add milk and chocolate chips. mix properly.
  7. consistency should be ribbon like.
  8. add more milk if required
  9. preheat oven at 180 degrees celcius
  10. bake for 25-28 mins at 180 degrees
  11. check with toothpick to see if the cake is cooked or not. Cool , cut and serve.
