Ingredients to make Caramel pudding (without steaming)

  • Milk 500ml
  • eggs 2
  • sugar 1/2 cup. Or less according to ur taste
  • Chinagrass 5g
  • sugar for caramel 1/2 cup
  • Vanilla essence. 1 1/2 tsp

How to make Caramel pudding (without steaming)

  1. Boil milk, beat eggs in a mixi & add to the milk,along with sugar & vanilla. Let it simmer for 10 to 15 min. Meanwhile, make chinagrass according to the instruction given in pkt.

My Tip:

After making caramel,you should add 1/2 cup or 1/4 cup boiling water to it. Because as we are setting the mixture,without steaming, caramel will be very thick. Add sugar & caramel sugar ,according to your taste.
