About Vanilla CupCake Recipe

Traditional foods prepared for Christmas are pudding, mince pies and cakes. Christmas cake includes fruitcake, Cupcake, sponge cake, tea cakes, Tutti fruity. One among them is Cupcake and the preparation of Vanilla Cupcake recipe is as follows:

Vanilla CupCake

Ingredients to make Vanilla CupCake

  • Self - Raising Flour/all purpose flour - 250 gm
  • Unsalted butter - 250 gm
  • sugar - 250 gm
  • eggs - 4
  • Vanilla Extract Powder - 1 Tsp
  • Milk - 4 Tsp
  • Whisker or Beater - 1
  • 6 Hole Muffin Tray - 1
  • Muffin Moulds - 6
  • Colour Icing sugar Tube - For Decoration

How to make Vanilla CupCake

  1. Take a mixing bowl and add the all purpose flour first. Now add sugar, unsalted butter, eggs, milk.
  2. Using beater or whisker, beat the mixture until it becomes soft.
  3. Finally add 1 Tsp of Vanilla Extract and stir well.
  4. Now cake mixture is ready. Using ice cream scoop or a round ladle fill only half the muffin mould with the batter.
  5. Keep it in the muffin tray and preheat the oven 150 C.
  6. Once the oven hot, keep the muffin tray inside and bake it for 20 minutes.
  7. Bake until cupcakes are a light golden in colour.
  8. Remove the tray from the oven and allow the cupcakes to cool.
  9. Finally decorate with icing sugar or with fresh cream.
