Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 1 cup sago pearls(sabudana)
  2. 4-5 cups water
  3. 1,1/2 cup sugar (adjust according to your sweetness)
  4. 1 cup walnuts chopped into small chunks
  5. 100gms compound milk chocolate bar
  6. 1 apple
  7. 1 Banana
  8. 1 cup milk(60ml-70ml)
  9. 2tbsp honey
  10. food colour red and orange few drops or 2 pinch of each
  11. few drops of rose essence
  12. 1tsp soaked chia seeds (optional)
  13. kitkat green tea wafer mini chocolate pieces(optional)

Instructions

  1. Take a heavy bottom pan.
  2. Add sago pearls.
  3. Add 4 cups water bring to boil.
  4. Just keep on checking if it sticks at bottom of pot.
  5. Now the water is dissolve to thick starch but still feel the pearls not soft and transparent.
  6. Add 1 cup water and1 cup sugar and bring to boil.
  7. Turn off the flame.
  8. Cover and keep aside to cool.
  9. Now take chocolate compound break into small pieces melt in microwave for 30-40secs, or melt in double boiler on gas.
  10. Take chopped walnut chunks mix and coat with chocolate spread on plate.
  11. Put inside freezer to dry.
  12. Now take banana chop it put inside mixi jar and add 1/2 milk 1-2 tbsp sugar run the motar for few secs like banana milk shake.
  13. Transfer in a bowl, add few drops of Red colour & mix.
  14. Wash mixi jar, add chopped de-skined apple pieces.
  15. Add milk sugar and run the motar for few secs to make it like shake.
  16. Transfer to another bowl. add few drops of orange colour mix it.
  17. Now the sago pearls are soft and transparent.
  18. Take sago add honey and rose essence and mix nicely.
  19. Now take desert serving bowls.
  20. Add 2tbsp banana milk.
  21. Add 2tsp sago pearls.
  22. Add 2tbsp apple milk.
  23. Add 1tsp sago pearls.
  24. Add 1/2 tsp chia seeds.
  25. Add banana milk and apple milk 1/4 tsp each upon chia seeds.
  26. Break and add chocolate walnut chunks.
  27. Chill for 5-6 hours before serving..
