Sago Pudding

Ingredients to make Sago Pudding

  • Full cream milk 500 ml
  • Sago - 5 tbsp (soaked in water for 1 hr)
  • Dessert topping strawberry 7 tbsp
  • sugar 4 tbsp
  • Green elaichi powder1 tsp
  • Desiccated coconut powder 1 tbsp
  • almonds 50 gms
  • cashew nuts 1/4 cup (chopped)

How to make Sago Pudding

  1. Heat non-stick pan over low flame , add milk , sago, strawberry topping , sugar, elaichi powder, coconut powder, half chopped quantity of almonds and cashew nuts and cook for 10 minutes or until a thick pudding is formed.
  2. Keep pudding in refrigerator for 30 minutes to cool
  3. Garnish with nuts and strawberry topping
  4. Serve cold
