Chocolate Granola Sandwich

Ingredients to make Chocolate Granola Sandwich

  • Melted Dark Chocolate- 200 grams
  • Melted Milk Chocolate- 200 grams
  • Desiccated coconut- 1 cup
  • Muesli- 1 cup
  • honey- 1/4 cup
  • peanut Butter- 1/4 cup
  • Roasted Nuts- 1/2 cup
  • Condensed Milk- 4 tablespoons

How to make Chocolate Granola Sandwich

  1. Line a 9*5 rectangular tin with parchment paper.
  2. Dry roast the nuts and coconut separately for a few seconds and allow them to cool.
  3. In a bowl, mix together nuts & muesli.
  4. In a small pan on low flame heat honey and peanut butter just for a few seconds.
  5. Stir it well and pour it over nuts & muesli mixture and blend well.
  6. In a separate bowl, mix together the desiccated coconut and 3 tablespoons condensed milk and keep aside.
  7. Melt only 100 grams of the dark chocolate and pour it in the prepared tin making a thin layer.
  8. Let it set for a while.
  9. Now melt half of the milk chocolate and pour it over the dark chocolate layer.
  10. Add coconut mixture on the melted chocolate and press lightly to set it evenly with the chocolate layer.
  11. Now pour the remaining condensed milk over this layer.
  12. Spread muesli mixture on top of the coconut layer and press gently to let the layers set together.
  13. Now melt the remaining milk chocolate and pour it over the muesli layer.
  14. Repeat the same with dark chocolate and put it in fridge to set for 10-15 minutes.
  15. Chocolate Granola Sandwiches are ready.

My Tip:

Mix chocolate ganache in the melted chocolate if you like the bars to be softer. This recipe includes partial cooking, microwaving and freezing.
