Chocolate Samosa

Ingredients to make Chocolate Samosa

  • all purpose flour 3 cups
  • Castor sugar as needed
  • ghee 2/3 tbspn
  • oil for Deep frying
  • Milk 1/2 litre
  • Khoya 150 gm
  • Dark chocolate as required

How to make Chocolate Samosa

  1. In a bowl add all purpose flour, ghee, castor sugar and make a dough with the help of water.
  2. Rest the dough at room temperature for sometime.
  3. For kheer, take a pan and pour milk and let it come to boil.
  4. Add castor sugar and stir constantly.
  5. Add khoya, keep on stirring so that lumps are not formed.
  6. Make a stuffing of grated dark chocolate and Castor sugar.
  7. Make shapes of samosas from the dough. Fill these with the stuffing.
  8. Heat oil in a pan and fry them till golden brown.
  9. Dip samosas in kheer and soak them well.
  10. Garnish with chocolate syrup and grated khoya and serve hot.

My Tip:

You may dip samosas in sugar syrup also.
