ABOUT Apple Sago Pudding RECIPE

Chilled Sabudana kheer with apple flavour.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Milk - 1/2 l
  2. Sabudana - 50 gm
  3. Sugar according to taste
  4. Milkmaid - 2 tbsp
  5. Apple - 1
  6. Pinch of cinnamon powder
  7. Lemon juice - 1 tsp
  8. Mint leaves for garnishing

Instructions

  1. Soak sabudana for 4 hours.
  2. Then take milk in heavy bottom pan.
  3. Boil the milk and add sabudana.
  4. When sabudana gets transparent and thick, add sugar and milkmaid.
  5. Pour it in beautiful glass and put in fridge to set.
  6. Now take apple and cut into cubes.
  7. Take pan, put apple and sugar cook until sugar melts and apple gets soft then add lemon juice and cinnamon powder.
  8. When sabudana is set, pour sweet apple cubes on the top of sabudana kheer.
  9. Decorate it with mint leaves.
  10. Serve it chilled.
