Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For chocolate balls:
  2. 1 liter milk (generally people use cow milk but here I have used buffalo milk)
  3. 2 tbsp lemon juice
  4. 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  5. 4 tbsp sugar
  6. For milk/juice:
  7. 1 liter milk
  8. 3 tbsp milk powder
  9. 1/4 cup dark chocolate
  10. 1/2 cup Sugar
  11. chocolate chips as needed

Instructions

  1. Take a liter of milk, boil it and add lemon juice in it.
  2. Once the milk starts to curdle, strain it in a muslin cloth and place it under running water as the flavour of lemon disappears.
  3. Tie a knot on the cloth and hang it for about 10 to 15 min as the water is strained from the prepared chenna.
  4. Meanwhile take a liter milk and place it on the flame and let the milk boil.
  5. Add milk powder, dark chocolate and sugar to it and let it boil.
  6. Take out the chenna of the cloth, put it in a mixer grinder with cocoa powder and give it 1 whisk or two.
  7. Take a pressure cooker, add 2 glass of water in it, place it on the flame and add 4 tbsp sugar in it.
  8. Make small balls and put it in pressure cooker and give a whistle.
  9. Take out the balls after giving a whistle.
  10. Press the balls slightly and put it in the prepared milk.
  11. Garnish it with chocolate sauce or choco chips.
