Ingredients to make Sama Rice Fritter

  • Sama rice one bowl (soaked)
  • 1/2 cup chestnut flour
  • 1/2 kg potato (half boiled)
  • 1/2 spoon Black pepper
  • salt (according to taste)
  • 2 Green chilli (chopped)
  • 2 big spoon chopped coriander leaves
  • water
  • oil for frying

How to make Sama Rice Fritter

  1. Peel boiled potatoes and cut into big chunks. Keep aside.
  2. Grind soaked sama rice and make a fine paste. Now add chestnut flour, salt, black pepper, chopped coriander leaves, green chill. And make thick paste. If required, use water.
  3. Heat oil and take one potato piece, dip in paste and deep fry in oil till golden brown.
  4. Serve with curd.
